Description: Develop, deploy and troubleshoot high volume mission-critical applications. Primary focus is J2EE solutions but can extend beyond those boundaries. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independent tasks. Developer should be able to switch gears between projects and tasks very quickly and efficiently. Desire to learn and contribute in a team environment is paramount. Candidate must have great breadth of knowledge but also understand that gaining and maintaining knowledge is a daily task that is just as important as your normal work deliverables.

Team Specific Requirements:

* Contributed to an open source project. Provide supporting information.

* Test-infected attitude (strong desire to perform thorough and exhaustive unit, integration and system testing).

* Ability to demonstrate pragmatic approaches and solutions to complex problems. Will be tested.

* Agile development understanding and experience. Huge PLUS



* 5+ years experience with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation.

* 5+ years experience with Java.

* 3+ years experience with a J2EE/EJB Application Server.

* 3+ years experience working in both Unix and Windows environments.

Bonus Skills:

* Experience (hands-on) with JMS and Messaging Products (preferably WebSphere MQ).

* Experience (hands-on) working with Web Services.

* Exposure to Open Source technologies (Ant, Anthill, Junit, XDoclet, Log4J, IBatis).

* Strong working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS.

* Experience with web frameworks (Struts, Webwork)
