A 'same specs' white Macbook 2.4GHz w/250GB HD is $1399; which is $100
less than the Black.

Next up is an HP & Dell comparison versus the $2799 Mac Pro.

Despite the Dell Precision T7400 not using the same 1600MHz FSB dual
quad core 2.8GHz Xeon, but the 1333MHz E5440, it nevertheless comes in
at $4,023+, which is 43% more expensive than the Mac Pro.

I'll leave it up to the Troll to provide the HP comparison; it looks
like the ProLiant ML150 G5 comes close on hardware, but gosh, its not
available with XP or Vista, so it seems no cheap OEM license for the
OS.
