What "something" isn't empty? What are you talking about? The empty set is
empty... for example, given a set of integers 1 through 10 the subset of
such numbers that are over 1000 is an empty set ({}, a set with no
elements).
Contrary to your claims, the answer would not be {0}... not only is 0 not
over 1000 but {0} is not a subset of integers 1 through 10!
Your ignorance and dishonesty in relation to the topic of basic set theory
