No, why would I do that?
And why would 1,000+ people in my same position be griping about this
problem if there were a firmware update available to fix it?
Jeez.

The fact those don't work in the original Mac Pros, like I have.
ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT
Requires Mac Pro with PCI-Express 2.0
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
Requires Mac Pro with PCI-Express 2.0
NVIDIA Quadro FX 5600
A $2850 card. You considered this a possibility?
Requires Mac Pro with PCI-Express 2.0
Technically they COULD be made to work, with revised firmware, but
Apple in their normal "secrecy" mode, has not said of any plans for
them to be modified to work. So I am left with no options but the
cheap nVidia card that was the default with my model Mac Pro.
What was that about "checking facts"??
I'll come out and say it - you are rude and a fucking idiot. I am
surprised everyone hasn't kill filed you yet.
