Subject: This months Scientific American
has an interesting lightweight article on the current state of US
nuclear weapons tech and policy.
Is it just me, or has Sci Am moved to the left, politically? I'd seen
the Schultz-Kissinger plea for US nuclear disarmament, before, but
can anyone explain how it would work?
