Weird. I don't think the schools are at fault, at least on this
reading. I mean, what could either have done?
If he was duped, and if someone actually was calling him and
impersonating Tedford, that's way screwed up; but is it criminal? Doubtful.
If he is pulling a prank, which I have a feeling is the closest thing
to the truth, then he is damn funny.
